Wire thread inserts are formed from cold-rolled austenitic stainless steel wire. Installed in a prepared tapped hole, the coil creates a durable internal thread for new components or thread repair.
Product options
- Free-running and screw-locking versions.
- Tanged versions with a break-off notch for through holes, and versions without a notch for suitable blind or deep holes.
- Metric and imperial thread options.
Yingke also supplies matching taps, installation tools, tang break-off tools and removal tools. Select the insert length, base hole and tool against the assembly drawing before ordering.
